Annihilate the Pounds - Week 6
Annihilate the Pounds October 4-10, week 6.
Challenge 1 September - October
Goals:
1. Lose 5 pounds.
2. Track calories (1200/day).
3. 32 oz of water a day.
4. Walk on treadmill 3 days a week.
Weight:

Last week: 171.6

Walking:
I walked on the treadmill 3 days.
Thoughts:
My weight stayed the same again which I'm ok with.
My overall calorie intake looks better this week. Only two days below 1000.
My total water this week is 176 oz, compared to last week's total of 192 oz. I really have to work hard at drinking enough.
I've been walking, but I think I need to increase the amount of time and miles.
Overall not a bad week, just not an awesome effort. I think if I am really tired of maintaining, I should kick it up a notch.
Do you walk outside or on a treadmill? Is it possible to add hills to make the walks harder?
ReplyDeleteI'm doing both depending on weather and time. My treadmill at home doesn't incline, but the one at therapy does!

Delete1200 calories a day is tough! I tried that for a while and I was miserable haha. I like food too much! Way to go on having that kind of self control.
ReplyDeleteI actually have a hard time reaching 1200. My "natural" full feeling comes in at 900-1000. I'm trying to keep it above 1000 a day with my ultimate goal of reaching 1200.
