***thoughts***
I really dropped the ball this week. The only things that improved were my water, my weight (after a mid month spike), my heart rate and my sleep. I'm glad that the other three weeks were pretty strong so that my month looked ok over all. There's no excuse, except that I chose to be lazy 4 out of 7 days during week 4.
That just means I'm stepping it up for July week 1. I had a great fitness day yesterday, however we spent the night in the ER and R was then transferred to a bigger hospital with more complications with his pancreas. I'm hoping to stay on track today with my goal of no stress eating.
Hope R is doing ok, you have done good, dont be so hard on yourself.
ReplyDeleteIt looks like another surgery. But won't know for sure until tomorrow.
DeleteHope R is doing well. Hang in there!
