Thoughts
My goal was to improve in every category,  but that didn't happen.  What happened was R's birthday and a four day weekend. I always eat more,  exercise less on the weekends when he's home and this was an extra two days of that. I'm not too upset, we had a great time together and as always, his cooking is amazing.

I'm back at it today.  Going to make this week count!
