Little Things


Weekly Review, Jan. 28 - Feb. 3, 2019
☆The week started with R's birthday on Monday.  He was off work and we enjoyed a lazy day at home.

☆We watched four movies this week.

☆It was Super Bowl weekend.

☆On Friday I made a quick trip to Michael's and picked up a new paint canvas.

☆This week I joined in a couple of challenges for February.  So far they have been very motivating.

The best part of this week
R's birthday.

This week's struggle 
Making time to stitch.

Quote of the week
Think strong, act strong, and grow stronger with each passing day.

This week's wins
1. I walked 13.28 miles.
2. I finished  my first quilt block.
3. Even though I need to increase the ounces, I still had consistent water intake.

Goals
1. The challenges.
2. Stitch for 3 hours.
3. Strength/stretch exercises 3 times.
4. Increase water.

1. Craft Night on Tuesday.
