Feb. 3: 172.4
Feb. 10: 168.4
Feb. 17: 166.6 (lowest weight last week: 165.2)
I'm pretty sure a lot of this is water weight and I think it will slowly come back up. But wouldn't it be wonderful if I could keep it off?
Ahhh, there's nothing like the stomach bug diet - it's too bad you have to get sick to achieve that kind of weight loss, but it is nice to lose so much! Hope you are feeling better.
