Weigh in


This weigh in brought to you by The Stomach Bug that kept me in bed for a week with no exercise and very little calorie consumption.

Feb. 3:  172.4
Feb. 10:  168.4
Feb. 17:  166.6 (lowest weight last week: 165.2)

I'm pretty sure a lot of this is water weight and I think it will slowly come back up. But wouldn't it be wonderful if I could keep it off?

  1. Ahhh, there's nothing like the stomach bug diet - it's too bad you have to get sick to achieve that kind of weight loss, but it is nice to lose so much! Hope you are feeling better.

  4. Hate the way you got the lower weight...but congrats all the same! Stay focused and maybe you can keep of the sick pounds you lost!!!
