I felt like I was just going through the motions last week. I didn't put any effort into my healthy journey. And I may have eaten at least 2 mini chocolate candies every day of the week. I'm lucky to have kept my weight the same.
But I have a plan for this week! All I have to do is work the plan.
I like the logic about chocolate being a salad :)
