ReplyDeleteYessss On the weight loss! I have upped my steps quite a bit by joining a Stepbet challenge. Some days I love it, others I am over it. LOL I'm in week 3 now (1st week is trash week though- the steps don't count as it is warm up week) so really 2 weeks in. So far so good! I'm off today though so I will really have to work on getting my steps in.
