I hate the weight loss trampoline! I did so good last week. This week along with a bad attitude, my monthly Ladybug showed up.

Thoughts
I did ride my bike and even did some weight training and physical therapy exercises for my back. But every afternoon from 2:30 to 3:30 I was "starving" and nothing I ate was satisfying so I ate more and more. It was a certified binge all week! The Ladybug probably had a lot to do with it. I know this logically, but it sure messes with my head and the scales!
