Thoughts
It's weird that last week my weight on weigh day was up but my overall average was lower. And this week my average was high, but weigh day was lower. Just goes to show you that you really can't let daily OR weekly weigh ins bother you.

  1. Great loss this week! I used to weigh in twice a week, just enough to catch trends, make corrections, but not so much that I got caught up in daily fluctuations. I weigh in once a week now and think I need to increase that for a while.

  2. I use Happy Scale which shows a 7 day running average, it is so much more motivating than a once weekly moment in time. I do weigh every day (I miss the odd day here and there!) so the average is pretty accurate. You are doing well!

  3. Thanks, I like to weigh every day but try to look at the big picture too.....like the weekly average and once a month numbers.
