The plan: walk/bike 20 miles per week. Keep calories between 1200-1400 a day. Track protein intake. Water-Water-Water! Gotta learn to love my water lol.

  1. ewwww waterrrr LOL I hate it. Crystal Light is my friend. I bet I would weigh less if I actually drank straight water like you are supposed to.

    1. LOL water has always been hard for me. Can we thank the creator of crystal light? Makes it much easier to drink.
