Down two weeks in a row! I've got a streak going now lol.

This week: Shape up week 9
M-W-F
1. 30 minute bike ride
2. 3 sets of 10 crunches
3. 2 sets of 10 push ups
4. 1 set of 10 squats

August is a no soda month! Drinking lots of water!
