2. Pick one area of your home that you have been avoiding, do a 10 minute tidy. You'll feel so much better after getting it done.
3. This one deals with body clutter. No matter what your scheduled workout is today, vow to do an extra 10. It can be 10 minutes, 10 reps or hold for an extra count of 10. It's good to push just a little past "done".
