Weigh Day


I'm changing my weigh-ins to Friday!

Last week: 171
Today: 170

I really want a digital scale.  And I've promised myself that I can have one as a reward when I hit the -10 lbs mark. So, lets get busy and earn a new scale!



*Side Note: No little things post today. R is in the hospital and even though this may be the perfect day for a little things reminder, I just don't feel like sharing it this week. It is done in my journal though.

    I got my digital scale at Walmart, and it wasn't expensive at all.

    Hope R is doing okay and is out of the hospital soon.
