This week's workout plan
I was going to add crunches and push ups this week, but the doctor said not to do anything with my shoulder until after my surgery. So I'm adding crunches and squats.
Monday: walk 3 miles, 40 minutes of aerobic activity.
Tuesday: walk 3 miles, yoga class, 2 sets of 10 crunches, 1 set of 10 squats.
Wednesday: walk 3 miles, 40 minutes of aerobic activity.
Thursday: walk 3 miles, yoga class, 2 sets of 10 crunches, 1 set of 10 squats.
Friday: walk 3 miles, 40 minutes of aerobic activity.
Saturday: walk 3 miles.
Sunday: walk 3 miles.

Sounds like you have a busy workout week planned. I would like to do daily walking, but so far haven't worked it in. Three miles a day is no joke!
