DeleteI find once the weather hits 'humid' I gain 2-3 lbs that first week and have to remind myself to drink even MORE water! How's your veggies coming along? (Mom in me had to ask ;)
ReplyDeleteI'm still cutting them up into tiny pieces and mixing them in other things. Not the best way to get them, but it can't hurt LOL.
