Weigh Day and Workout Plan


Last week: 172.8
This week: 174
*What? The crunches and squats must have added muscle weight LOL
Loss/Gain: +1.2

This week's workout plan:

Monday - Wednesday - Friday
Walk 3 miles
2 sets of 10 crunches
1 set of 10 squats

Tuesday - Thursday
Walk 3 miles
Yoga or Bodyflex

Saturday - Sunday
Walk 3 miles

  2. I find once the weather hits 'humid' I gain 2-3 lbs that first week and have to remind myself to drink even MORE water! How's your veggies coming along? (Mom in me had to ask ;)

    1. I'm still cutting them up into tiny pieces and mixing them in other things. Not the best way to get them, but it can't hurt LOL.
