Even though I weighed a tiny bit more, the week was way better than last week. Check out that increase of water! And the extra sleep is nice. You can definitely tell my stress level has gone down.

  1. I saw improvement in almost every column!!!! Congrats on a fabulous week! As for the eensie weensie gain....water...a heavier pair of socks...anything tiny that skews numbers a bit! Rock on and I'm sure you will see a loss next week!!!!

  2. I agree, that "gain" is barely perceptible and could just a normal fluctuation. I'd call it a maintain instead. Great job with your improvements this week!
