Annihilate the Pounds - Week 1


It's time for my Week 1 Accountability check in with Kristina at Annihilate the Pounds.

Since we started on September 1st, it's not a complete full week. But it's time for our first Wednesday weigh in. I am hoping to lose 5 pounds during this round. For our first two months I'm also keeping track of my calories (goal: 1200/day) and my water (goal: 32 oz/day).

*I'm short on calories and water a lot. I'm hoping to improve these areas.
