Little Things
A weekly review: September 4-10, 2017.
1. Today is:
~International Literacy Day
2. This week I:
~Had fun taking the dog's to the park.
~Worked on my cross stitch.
~Did pretty good with my fitness goals.
~Started getting ready to move in 2 weeks.
~Tried not to think too much about my surgery next week.
3. 3 Random Things:
~I watched a lot of YouTube videos this week.
~The house is super clean.
~I have an apple cinnamon candle burning.
4. A motivational quote:

5. The best part of this week:
~R being home on Monday.
6. This week's struggle:
~Drinking enough water.
7. Goal review:
The only goals I set this week were in my fitness planner.
~Walk 14 miles. * I've walked 9.56 and three more days to go for a complete total.
~Get 6k steps at least 5 days. *3 days so far. Three days left to get the rest.
~Get 20 minutes of exercise 5 days. *3 days so far, on track to reach this one too.
~Drink 32 oz of water a day. *So far I've only reached this goal one day!
8. Next week:

☆Surgery
~My main goal is to get through surgery and start watching season 2 of Outlander.
~Celebrate being married to my best friend.
~Drink 32 oz of water a day.
