Annihilate the Pounds - Week 2


Week 2 of Annihilate the Pounds.
Challenge 1, September - October.

Goals:
1. Lose 5 pounds.
2. Track calories  (1200/day).
3. Drink 32oz water a day.

I've lost weight, but again this week is showing that most days I don't eat enough. At bare minimum, it's too inconsistent.

And as always, I don't drink enough. It's not just water,  I'm not drinking anything.  I have a cup of coffe in the morning  (sometimes I only drink half). Then I drink a slimfast shake for breakfast. After that, the totals above are my only liquids.

  1. I think you need to use an app that reminds you to eat and drink. Not getting enough is just as bad as getting too much. Great job on the loss though! :)
