First, the basics:
My journal is from essentials. It's a grid lined book that I bought from Amazon.
The pens I use most are Pentel Energel 0.5 needle tip and the spider web washi tape I bought at Target last year (I think). I also used crayola colored pencils in a few spots.
Now on to the pages:
Sometimes I use the vertical Bullet Journal style calendar. This month I went with a traditional calendar layout. I always mark the full moon with a star, pay days with happy faces and my monthly girl time with a lady bug (something about that week always makes me feel like I've caught a "bug" that only ladies get LOL). Sometimes I use cakes or icecream or candles to mark birthdays, but not always. And anything with the dogs gets a paw print sticker.
Next is my goals and monthly tasks. As always my goals are divided by Home, Health and Hobbies. I've listed a few, but will probably add a couple more.
The monthly tasks page is just a big to do list. I'm not finished filling this in yet either.
The bills spread is just a boring list of necessary evils that will be filled in later.
The next two are my monthly highlights and fitbit tracker. Sometimes I try to doodle my memories, but usually I just write out little things I want to remember. The fitbit tracker is my weekly stats that you see on my fitbit progress reports on Tuesdays.
I drew in my weight chart and then page 30 happened. I didn't really have anything to go on that page so I made it an inspiration page. I'm not very artistic and it's not my favorite, but I love the quotes. There's room to add one more when I find what I want to put there.
Next is my daily tracker and the beginning of my housework trackers.
On the daily tracker I've listed things that are in my daily routine. The housework trackers are to mark off my cleaning schedule based on the Flylady system.
Housework pages 2 and 3.
Next is the beginning of my weekly pages. I've put the information from my fitness planner into my journal this month. This is a daily record of my nutrition and fitness activities. Each week I choose a "reward focus" and if I meet that goal I put a sticker in the empty box at the bottom of the day. I'm starting October's reward focus with water intake.
The last page I have done is my week at a glance. This is where I put appointments, holidays, birthdays, tv or movies, my blog posts and little to dos that aren't in my regular routine.
After this page will be my daily pages which I use for more typical journaling.
Thanks for making it to the end. If you'd like to see how these pages turn out at the end of the month, let me know and I'll be sure to do a recap.
If your new to Bullet Journals, be sure to check out the official site. If you are already on the bandwagon, leave a comment so I can check out your pages.
You have such nice handwriting! Mine looks like scribble :)
ReplyDeleteThank you. I don't feel like it's very nice. I'm still re-learning to write after the injury to my hand.
DeleteI really liked seeing your layouts and be interesting to see the end of month too.
