Fitbit Progress Report
For the week of October 2-8.
1. Steps goal: 30,000
Total: 30,774 ☆
2. Miles goal: 15
Total: 12.29
3. Exercise goal: 3 days
Total: 3 days☆
4. 250+ goal: 8 hrs a day on 5 days
Total: only 2 days
I reached 2 of my four goals. My steps were less than last week, but still above goal. Again this week my miles came in just under goal. My 250+ goal just did not happen at all.
For the week of October 9-15
The four things I'm focusing on are:
1. 32 oz of water at least 5 days.
2. Walk 15 miles.
3. Get 30,500 steps.
4. 50 active minutes.

Sometimes things just get in the way of us meeting out goals. It's okay. Strive to do better this week:)
