Journaling for Weight Loss


This week, let's talk about exercise.

Is exercise part of your weight loss program? If so, what exercises do you do? Do you exercise at home or at the gym? How often and how long? Is it enough? How do you feel after a workout? Do you love it or hate it? Is there anything you could/should change about your workout routine?

  1. I have a gym membership, but only because my work pays for it. I strongly prefer to work out at home. You can't beat the convenience!

    1. I have never had a gym membership. Sometimes I think it would be nice, but I'm not sure how much I'd really go. I prefer to be at home too.
