January Journaling


I've always loved my journal,  even way back in 4th grade when I called it "Dear Diary". I haven't always written it it faithfully,  but two years ago I found renewed joy in writing daily.

I hope you've been enjoying the Journaling for Weight Loss prompts. I'll be continuing to post them each week this year. I'd also like to expand beyond just the weight loss focus. So, I'll be posting links to other journaling prompts. Like these:

The Boho Berry Challenge and The 6 Word Story Challenge. I don't post mine on instagram or Facebook,  but they are a great source of inspiration in my personal writing.

If you want to start a journal this year or if you've got one that's well loved, these simple prompts will help get the creative juices flowing.

Journals are a great place to write about your joys, loves and successes. But they can also help you work through your fears, pain and struggles. Your journal is your private place. You do not have to share your answers to any of these prompts.  But if you feel like talking,  leave a comment. I'd love to hear what's on your mind.
