  1. I read Shaun T's book "T is for Transformation". I love Shaun T, so I enjoyed it. He is very motivating to me. I can't wait to get into better shape to do the Insanity workouts again. I recommend it to people who have done and liked his workouts, because he gets very detailed about his life, childhood, and struggles, and it makes me feel like I know him a bit better and why he pushes so hard.

    1. I haven't read that book. Well... I haven't done any of his workouts either LOL. Maybe I should give them a try.
