Little Things

For the week of January 29-February 4, 3018.

This week:
~I ate too much.
~I didn't exercise enough.
~I didn't track anything but miles in my fitbit.
~I ordered new glasses.
~We had a very rare full moon - it was a super moon, blue moon and total lunar eclipse all on the same night.
~The groundhog says 6 more weeks of winter.
~I started a new small cross stitch.
~The Philadelphia Eagles won the Super Bowl.

The best part of this week:
Date Day on Saturday.  And new shoes!

This week's struggle:
A medical issue that I'm still worried about.

A motivational quote:

Goal review:
1. Find 2 new recipes to try. × I didn't even look.
2. Increase time on max trainer. × I didn't even try.
3. Work on my birds and start a new small. ☆birds - 3 hrs,  small 1.5 hr


♡Sometimes the smallest things take up the most room in your heart.

  2. Sorry to hear about the medical struggle...hopefully it rights itself soon to alleviate the stress!! Good for you though for facing the difficult week and accepting it for what it was and planning to move on!!
