LATE Progress Report
For the week of April 23-29, 2018.
I almost forgot my update....... but better late than never.
Weigh in:
April 23: 175.0
April 30: 177.6
Loss/gain: +2.6
Year status: +1.4
My thoughts:
I am not upset with this. I couldn't exercise all week with that tube in and I spent most of my days in bed resting. I'm glad that it's out and I can start doing some things again.
These updates have been pretty simple for about a month. I'm ready to pick up the pace. I have another week or so before I'm completely cleared by my doctor so I'm not doing anything crazy. But I am walking again!
Goals:
1. Walk a mile every day.
2. Increase water.
3. Weigh less.
