Strawberry cookies
1 box of strawberry cake mix
1 tsp baking powder
2 eggs
1/3 c vegetable oil
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 c white chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together. Bake on non-stick pan for 6-8 minutes. Take out of oven before any browning, will look under done but that's ok.
We also made basic sugar cookies.
The strawberry cookies sound so good! I need to try this recipe now.
