**** So much improvement this week! I started the 6 Month Shape Up again and even though it starts slow, I know I will see results, especially after we hit week 5. The plan for this week is 20 minutes of aerobic activity on 3 days. I've scheduled it in for four days like I did last week. I'll be focusing on water again as well. And....... R made chocolate chip cookies this weekend. I'll need to stay away from those!
