1. Get back into housework routine.
☆ There were a couple of days I felt really lazy, but I managed to get my lists done.
-Health-
1. Drink more water than last week.
Last week: 104 oz
☆This week: 160 oz
2. Walk at least 3 days.
*I walked on 2 days.
Bonus ☆ I added some stretching exercises that I did on 4 days this week and some strength exercises that I did twice.
-Hobbies-
1. Stitch for 5 hours
*I worked on my cross stitch for 3 hours and 40 minutes.
Thoughts
Overall not bad. I did improve from last week and that's a win! I'm glad my weight went down, just wish it would go down as fast as it went up. My goal for next week is to improve again, no matter how small the babysteps, just go in the right direction!
Weekend fun.....
62 geese were at my house for breakfast on Saturday AND Sunday mornings. Hoping the come again today!

I love that lily! I planted 6 tiger lilies that have had flower buds for what seems like forever now, just haven't opened yet.
