Weigh in
New month, new start? Please.
I've been dreading this weigh in. I knew all month that I was off track. Too much stress and not enough control of (discipline with) my food and exercise. I'm hoping that June is better.

Thoughts
Several days I did not wear my fitbit because we were working on flood clean up and I didn't want to get it wet and muddy. These numbers are just what it recorded when I did wear it. I'm not sure what happened to my weight. It jumped up 3 pounds overnight and it just happened to be weigh in day. I know that I have been drinking the orange-vanilla coke all month. I really need to stop that! We also ate out a lot due to being out of our home for awhile.
These are all excuses. Life happens and I've got to learn to deal with it in a healthy way.

I am definitely ready for a new start too! June has got to be better than May. I tried the orange vanilla Coke yesterday and really liked it, like I need yet another bad habit!
ReplyDeleteThat's really not a bad gain considering all of the stress of evacuating from the flood! Hope everything is back to normal and you can resume your regular life!
