Weigh in


New month, new start? Please.
I've been dreading this weigh in. I knew all month that I was off track. Too much stress and not enough control of (discipline with) my food and exercise. I'm hoping that June is better.

Thoughts 
Several days I did not wear my fitbit because we were working on flood clean up and I didn't want to get it wet and muddy. These numbers are just what it recorded when I did wear it. I'm not sure what happened to my weight. It jumped up 3 pounds overnight and it just happened to be weigh in day. I know that I have been drinking the orange-vanilla coke all month. I really need to stop that! We also ate out a lot due to being out of our home for awhile.

These are all excuses.  Life happens and I've got to learn to deal with it in a healthy way.

  1. I am definitely ready for a new start too! June has got to be better than May. I tried the orange vanilla Coke yesterday and really liked it, like I need yet another bad habit!

  2. That's really not a bad gain considering all of the stress of evacuating from the flood! Hope everything is back to normal and you can resume your regular life!

    So you are back at your place? How much damage? How are you doing? I see reports of flooding on the news and think of you!!!
