Thoughts
I didn't wear my fitbit every day last week, so the other numbers are not complete.  But I have started my new back exercises and just started the glucosamine today. I'll do an update on all of that as soon as I've done it long enough to tell if it's helping.

  4. Good luck with the glucosamine. Even though you are in a weight maintenance mode (up a tad / down a tad) your efforts are worthwhile because it is preventing any gains. Hope your back is feeling better soon.
