A new beginning, a new Weigh in
Ahhhh, October. A brand new month! September was good, but it felt a little off track with routines and goals. There's an exciting announcement coming up in my family. It's not quite "official" so I can't share yet. But it will be soon and it's given me new motivation and a deadline to lose 40 pounds!
Can I lose 40 pounds in 10 months? I want to say "YES, yes I can!" But I've been trying to lose 40 pounds for the past 3 years and it hasn't happened. What makes me think I can do it now?
I don't know, but I'm sure going to give it an honest, hard working effort.
I'm letting go of past stats, frustions, and lack of motivation. October is a NEW BEGINNING!
Since I'm letting go of the past 3 years and starting over I'm not going to share last weeks stats. Even though I had a good week!
Starting from September 30th (technically October first, but Monday is the 30th and I always start on a Monday lol.)
Weight: 170.6
Goal: lose 40 pounds by July 2020, be at 130.
Goals For week 1
Wt: lose 1 pound
Water: 224 oz
Calories: 1200-1400 a day
Carbs: 20-50g a day
Steps: 25,000 (5,000 a day, 5 days a week)
Mile: 10
Minutes: 60
*I'll share the news just as soon as I can!
