Weigh in



February 23: 176.8
March 1: 177.6

Gain: .8

Well, that didn't go as planned. I decided to do a 16:8 fast all week and see if it would shake up my weight. I didn't lose anything,  but the actual fasting went well. I think I will stick with it for at least another week. This time maybe lowering my carbs just a bit.

Only 5 weeks until the wedding and I'm nowhere near my goal weight!

  1. Goal smoals. You will be there in the moment and won't care about your goal that day. Of course work towards it till then but please do not be sad if you don't make it.
