I'm still on my weight loss journey and planning to post more this year!
My main focus is walking The American Discovery Trail again! But I'm also making changes to my food and water intake.
I don't have all the details worked out, guess I'll figure out the plan as I go. But I will be weighing in on Sundays and posting the results on Monday.
I am still on my weight loss adventure. I have gained over the last year. I don't have a diet plan. I am going to portion control. I exercise 4-6 days a week so obviously I need to work on what& how much I eat. Looking forward to reading more.
