Feeling better about things this week. I actually managed to get my 20 miles done! I was just 12 oz short of my water goal, that's not too bad. And there were a couple days I forgot to take my vitamins.  I'll work on that.  Overall, I gave myself 79% in the health and fitness category this week. (Up from just 52% last week.)
