Healthy Me 2017 - Week 1 Review


 

January goals
1. Lose 3 pounds.
2. Work up to drinking 4 cups of water a day (28 cups a week).
3. Walk 5-10 miles this month.

Week 1 - January 1-8

1. Starting weight on Jan 1st: 172
Today's weight: 170
Total loss/gain: -2

2. Water goal: 28 cups a week.
This week: 8 cups. And I haven't had a soda since Christmas! 

3. Walked only 1 mile.
