Working out at home

I'm going to try to follow this plan for awhile from Shaping up to be a mom.

Nope, no way....I'm not pregnant! I just thought it sounded like a good plan LOL.

Of course right now, I have to modify anything related to my shoulder. And I don't think I can do that many reps, so I'll just do what I can an use this outline as my goal. We'll see how long it takes me.
