3. Drink 32 oz of water 5 days a week.
4. Walk on treadmill 3 days a week.

Thoughts:
I have loved this little challenge. Even though I didn't lose the 5 pounds, I still lost a little. I feel like I've improved my calorie intake and I'm working on the water. Even though I didn't reach all my goals every week, this challenge was just enough for me during these past two months. I didn't need anything crazy.
I'm really tired of just maintaining. So I'm ready to pick up the exercise and maybe try a few new things to get the scales moving in the right direction.
The holidays aren't too stressful for me. Our kids don't come home and we don't have a lot of big parties. So no matter how hard I try, I really can't use the holidays as an excuse. I just need to stay focused and keep making positive changes.

I honestly think focus and persistence are the most important tools to success at weight loss.
