Fitbit Progress Report
For the week of September 25-October 1.
1. Steps goal: 30,000

2. Miles goal: 15
Total: 12.87
3. Exercise goal: 3 days
Total: 3 days☆
It was a good week. I'm starting to get back on track. I think for Oct. 2-8 I'll add back in my goal of 250+ steps 8 hours a day.
Next week:
1. Steps: 30,500
2. Miles: 15
3. Exercise: 3 days
4. 250+ steps 8 hours a day, at least 5 days.

Great job! I like how you gave yourself little stars there, ha ha. I put a star on the calendar for each day that I work out :)
