Progress Report


For the week of March 26 - April 1, 2018.

My goals were:
1. 42,000 steps
2. 14 miles
3. 70 minutes

The results:

My thoughts:
I knew I had set the goals a bit high, so I went into the week just hoping to improve over last week. And I did!  I walked 7,076 more steps and 2.91 more miles than last week. So I'm not upset. I'm also not upset with the .2 gain. R was home for five days in a row and I always eat more/exercise less when he is home. I was expecting it to be a bigger gain.

☆A little side note in the health category: my surgery is April 10th.
