This is the pattern I've been stuck in for a couple years... down to about 165 then up to 170, then down again but not less than 165. Sigh I need to find a way to break through this plateau.

Boy can I relate to this. I have been dancing with this same few lbs for months. Of course I've gained quite a bit of weight over the last year. But I'm trying to get back on track since the beginning of the year. So far I just haven't had any luck.
I gained this week too. I have been up & down the same few for months. It stinks.
I'm up like a lot whaa whhaaa whaaaaaaaa Circle of life. :(
I am with you so much on this one! The thing that stuck out at me is that you are in a five pound bubble….you haven’t been going up…but rather staying in that found pound bubble. I would look at that as a maintain and normal fluctuations!!! As for going lower, two things. What more can you cut in your diet but if you are eating right most of the time…could this just be your weight?
