These are my big goals for 2017. Each one will be broken down in to smaller steps each month.
1. Lose 50 pounds.
2. Drink 8 cups of water a day. Cut out soda or at least save it for special occasions only.
3. Walk at least 300 miles on the American Discover Trail.
Sounds like some good goals.
