1. Starting weight on January 1st: 172
Last week: 170
This week: 169
Total loss /gain: -3

2. Water goal: 28 cups this week.
I drank 19.5 cups of water this week.

3. Walking goal: 3 miles this week. 
I walked 2 miles.
