The most amount of snowfall recorded in one hour was 12 inches in Copenhagen N.Y. on December 2, 1966.
2. Most amount of snow in 24 hours:
On April 14-15, 1921, Silver Lake Colorado had 6.3 feet of snow fall in just 24 hours.
3. Most amount of snow measured in one month:
Tamarack California holds the record for most snow in one month with 390 inches (32.5 feet) in January 1911.
