Let's get this week started! Here's the plan:

Monday: walk 3 miles, 30 minute workout video from Spark People.

Tuesday: walk 3 miles, body flex or yoga for 30 minutes.

Wednesday: walk 3 miles,  30 minute workout video.

Thursday: walk 3 miles, body flex or yoga for 30 minutes.

Friday: walk 3 miles, 30 minute workout video.

Saturday: walk 3 miles.

Sunday: walk 3 miles.
