Weigh day

Last week: 169.8
This week: 172.8 (yesterday morning I was 170, I started my period yesterday afternoon,  so over night I gained 2 1/2 pounds?!!.... gotta love it.)
Loss/Gain: +3
Year status: +.8

Every week looks pretty much the same.  On weigh day, I never know if it's going to be an up day or a down day.


  1. Ugh...the scale can be a pain in the hiney. How do you feel about your exercise/nutrition for the week?

    1. Exercise was better than last week, but great. My nutrition is one of my biggest struggles because I don't eat a lot of veggies.

  2. FINALLY figured how to follow you in blogger!
    Don't let the scale have power over you. I log my weight every day (or most days!) and use a 7 day rolling average. When you look at it that way, you will see less ups and downs and more of a trend.

    Hang in there. You will get there. Keep doing the right things.

  3. Grrrr I hate that monthly weight gain!!!!!

    1. I'll be glad when the monthly thing is gone for good.

  4. This is one of the reasons why they say take your measurements, see hw your clothes fit after so long.

    1. Started taking measurements once a month, but it's only been two months now, so hopefully will see some changes in next few months.
