3. Drink 32 oz of water a day.

9/16 - 56 oz *was a busy day moving and hubby made me stay hydrated LOL.
9/17 - 32 oz
9/18 - 32 oz
9/19 - 16 oz

I did a lot better with my calories this week, but still struggling with water.

I think for week four, water will be my main focus.
