Little Things


For the week of September 18-24.

This week I:
~took a lot of naps.
~started physical therapy.
~wrote really sloppy in my journal.
~unpacked the last of our things.

3 Random Things:
1. Doing therapy an hour away from home sure messes up the schedule.
2. I'm glad it's finally fall.
3. R is looking at motorcycles.

A motivational quote:

The best part of this week:
Having R to help me while my shoulder recovers.

This week's struggle:
Extreme fatigue.

Goal Review:
1. Unpack ☆Done
2. Physical Therapy ☆it's going good!
3. Walk 15 miles  *I was so close... 12.01
4. Reach 6k steps on 5 days  *only got over 6k on one day.  Taking so many naps probably had something to do with this . LOL.
5. Cross stitch *didn't do this.

Goals for next week (Sept 25 - Oct  1)
1. Physical therapy 3 days.
2. Walk 15 miles.
** That's it. I'm not setting any big goals for this week.
