Thoughts:
I am creeping closer to the steps, miles and minutes goals. The water went completely in the opposite direction. This is not a surprise since the weather is getting cooler. I've been drinking a lot of warm drinks.
Goals for next week:
I'm not even going to mention water this week. Whatever I get is going to be just fine. But I really want to hit those other marks!

Getting closer is great!
ReplyDeleteI drink a lot of warm teas when the weather gets cooler ...and more coffee haha.
ReplyDeleteI have been drinking way more hot tea since it's been cooling down! Don't you count it as a serving of water?
ReplyDeleteI usually don't. I thought that was cheating. If it counts as water, I'll definitely start counting it in my total!
